Our attorneys, Tracy Alsup and James Alsup, have served as Navy JAGs. They have also worked for the VA. Tracy was an appellate attorney representing the agency at the Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims, and Jim was an attorney for the Board of Veteran Appeals. We are experienced with medical discharges, physical evaluation boards, and court-martial discharges. 

Tracy is more associated with veteran disability claims and knows from her own experience what it is to go through the VA compensation process. In addition to serving as a Navy JAG officer, Jim was also a Navy enlisted man who, among other things, served on several ships, submarines, and at a joint-services shore station. Both our attorneys have the military background necessary to understand your military experience and better assess your VA claim.
